NC alumna Shelli Bosgoed (Culinary Management, 2010), Executive Chef and General Manager of the Marshview Patio, a popular dining destination in Norfolk County, was recently featured on The Just Drew Podcast. In this episode, Bosgoed discusses her dynamic career, which is rooted in culinary expertise and an entrepreneurial spirit.
After earning a Culinary Management diploma from Niagara College and her Red Seal Certificate, Bosgoed honed her skills working in various restaurants locally and in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Following a short stint at Trends Restaurant in Simcoe, she found her long-term home at Long Point Eco Adventures, where she has been for the past nine years.
