On August 1, the three Niagara dailies (Niagara Falls Review, St. Catharines Standard and Welland Tribune) released an article on National IPA Day featuring NC alumna Laura Garzon (Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management program, 2021) and head brewer at Cold Break Brewing in St. Catharines.
