VITA Daily released an article showcasing a “Fave Fall Recipe” from NC alumna Ruby (Hilary) Gatt who will be competing on this season’s Top Chef Canada.
Gatt is a 2015 graduate of the Culinary Management (Co-op) program and a 2017 graduate of the Criminal Psychology and Behaviour program.
In the article, Gatt shares her anticipation for the upcoming Top Chef Canada competition kicking off October 14 on Food Network Canada and her Sautéed Mushroom & Burrata recipe.
