Update: Niagara College to continue with many COVID-19 health measures until at least the end of the Winter Term

While the province lifts many remaining COVID-19 health measures such as masking on Monday, March 21, Niagara College will continue with the following health and safety measures until at least the end of the Winter Term;

Effective Tuesday, March 22, students and employees will no longer be required to submit the daily health screening in order to access campus. Students and employees will continue to be required to tap-in at a designated access point to verify proof of vaccination.

To protect others, if you are experiencing symptoms, do not come to campus. If you have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, self-monitor and follow public health guidelines. By staying home and self-isolating when sick, we are working together to ensure the health and safety of our learning and work environments.

Niagara College recognizes that keeping these measures in place until at least the end of the Winter Term will provide a sense of certainty to students and employees and help ease the transition to more on-campus activity.

Those who have not yet received a booster dose are encouraged to do so. Booster doses are widely available. The GO-VAXX bus, a mobile vaccination clinic, will be offering all doses at the Welland Campus on March 30.
