A July 7 article from the Toronto Star and the three Niagara dailies (St. Catharines Standard, Welland Tribune and Niagara Falls Review) reported on baker and NC alumna Kaylee Dambrauskas (Culinary Skills Certificate, 2018 and Baking and Pastry Arts Certificate, 2019) who recently launched her dessert food truck.
The food truck called Rolling in the Dough can be found regularly with topping-covered cheesecake bites and cinnamon-tossed Belgian waffle fries at Lester B. Pearson Park this summer.
