Alumnus Vincenzo De Simone, who graduated from NC’s Winery and Viticulture Technician program in 2011, is featured in an article in which he shares his must-visit spots for local fare in Niagara-on-the-Lake. De Simone is the winemaker and owner of De Simone Vineyards, which opened in the town in 2017.
