On June 8, Thorold Today shared a release from the Niagara Region announcing that NC alumnus Rick Ferron (Ambulance & Emergency Care Certificate, 1991 and Advanced Care Paramedic Statement of Completion, 2001) was appointed the role of director of emergency services/EMS chief.
