An April 15 article in Thorold Today profiled NC alumna Janel Hirdes (Broadcasting – Radio, Television and Film (Advanced Diploma) 2018) who is a producer for Amazing Race Canada.
In the interview, she discusses her great experience studying at NC: “It’s a great program at Niagara, where I actually specialized in 16 millimetre film production. My class was one of the last to use proper film stock to record and film the news.”
