After studying biology at Algoma University, the Sault Ste. Marie local completed NC’s Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management. He gained a year of commercial experience at Muskoka Brewery before starting at Superior Industrial Services (SIS), the company that acquired the rights to use the name Soo Falls Brewing Co. for its new operations.
