The Canadian Jewish News featured NC Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management alumna (2014) Jamie Shillow and her brewery, Shillow Beer Company. Shillow, along with her husband Ben who runs the business development and sales side of the company, is the only producer of craft beer in Ontario that is flavoured and certified kosher.
