The three Niagara dailies (St. Catharins Standard, Niagara Falls Review and Welland Tribune) announced that Niagara’s French-speaking Catholic school board (Conseil scolaire catholique MonAvenir) appointed NC alumnus Jean Max Philomé (Human Resources Management program, 2015) as a new trustee.
