The three Niagara dailies (St. Catharines Standard, Niagara Falls Review and Welland Tribune) released an article on the wave of wine sales businesses that came to fruition through regulatory changes introduced during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The article particularly focusses on the wine bar Gather Tasting Room in Crystal Beach opened by NC alumna Bianca Silvestri (Wine Business Management program, 2017).
The article notes that Silvestri learned about wine production, sensory analysis and the management of tasting rooms while studying in NC’s Wine Business Management program.
