Niagara College alumna Sarah Fritch, who graduated from the Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management program in 2017, is featured in this article in the Shoreline Beacon.
Fritch is part of a group of beer enthusiasts that opened Backyard Brewing, a craft brewery in Simcoe, Ont. operating out of a popular local restaurant called the Blue Elephant.
In the article, Fritch, Backyard Brewing’s brewmaster, says that she plans to never make the same beer twice, brewing flagship styles rather than flagship beers.
