On November 29, Quinte News posted an article featuring NC alumna Monique Belair (Law and Security Administration, 1985), who the College nominated for a 2022 Premier’s Award in the category of Community Services.
Belair is the Director of Emergency Services and Fire Chief with the City of Belleville. She has blazed trails in her firefighting career, while encouraging girls and women to consider the career for themselves through initiatives like Camp Molly.
