On April 7 the Ottawa Citizen released an article on seasonal recipes from beloved Hamilton bakery, Cake & Loaf Bakery, owned by NC alumni Nickey Miller and Josie Rudderham who met during their pastry apprenticeship at NC (Baker Apprenticeship – Basic, 2004).
