Co-owner Robbie Aggarwal (Culinary Management – Co-op, 2016) talks about growing up down the street from Norcini, frequenting the KFC in the building where his butcher shop is now located.
Aggarwal says their butcher shop is committed to sustainability, sourcing Ontario grass-fed meat.
