NC alumna Kacey Morgan Lang (Artisan Distilling graduate certificate, 2021) was part of a feature story in The Niagara-on-the-Lake Local about Spirit in Niagara Small Batch Distillery. Lang receives a mention for her role in marketing and online sales. Lang was hired by the new distillery in April and graduated from NC on June 21.
