Niagara Now featured a story about a special dinner taking place at the Garrison House in Niagara-on-the-Lake with NC alumni Erica and Josh Karbelnik (Culinary Management co-op, 2011). The chef couple received media attention when Erica was crowned the winner of Top Chef Canada in 2021. Josh also competed in the Food Network Canada competition and was a finalist in the top four.
The Karbelniks will join Garrison House owner and chef David Watt on May 15 for an “evening that is meant to showcase the talent of the Karbelnicks and the culinary forces that come out of Niagara, including the local ingredients.”
