On February 9, the three Niagara dailies (the Niagara Falls Review, St. Catharines Standard and Welland Tribune) announced that NC alumna and historian, Rochelle Bush, was welcomed by the Welland Public Library on February 11 for an educational session on Niagara’s Freedom Trail and some notable figures who arrived by way of the Underground Railroad to settle in the area.
