A March 5 article in the three Niagara dailies (the Niagara Falls Review, St. Catharines Standard and Welland Tribune) and Niagara this Week announced that NC alumna, Donna Delvecchio (Office Administration – Executive (Diploma) 1997) was appointed the new clerk and manager of legislative services for the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake.
As the town clerk, she will oversee the administrative services to council and its committees and serve as a legislative advisor to the chief administrative officer and senior management team.
