Niagara Dailies: Tonight’s Raptors game history in the making, trio of NC alumni part of all-female broadcast

The Niagara Dailies posted an article about a historic all-female Raptors broadcast airing on TSN on March 24 at 7 p.m. that includes a trio of NC Broadcasting – Radio, Television and Film program alumnae.

Amy Audibert, who graduated from the program in 2012, will host and provide analysis alongside TSN host Kate Beirness and reporter Kayla Grey, national women’s team member Kia Nurse, and play-by-play broadcaster Meghan McPeak.

Kristyn Taras and Kianna Klauck, 2017 BRTF program grads, will work behind the scenes for Dome Productions. Taras will work as the second engineer on the broadcast while Klauck will provide graphic support used by the hosts to explain critical plays in the game.

The coverage includes quotes from all three alumnae, as well as a comment from BRTF program coordinator Peter (Dutch) VandenBerg.
