Niagara Dailies: Alumna’s Port Colborne bakery weathers pandemic and sees business rise

Reporter Dave Johnson wrote about Niagara College alumna Anita Armenti-Nardon (Culinary Skills – Chef Training, 2012) who owns La Dolce Vita Bakery in Port Colborne.

The article highlights how Armenti-Nardon and her husband Troy have taken measures to protect their business, and its staff, and have seen an increase in bakery orders during the pandemic. Johnson also mentions how Armenti-Nardon turned to NC for culinary training after working as a video editor in Toronto for several years.
