Niagara College alumni and former Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management program classmates Bentley Vass and Joe Hamilton (both 2018 graduates) are featured in this article in My Kawartha.
Vass is pictured outside the property that he hopes will soon be the 100 Acre Brewing Company in Peterborough. Vass, a Peterborough native, plans to open his dream brewery on the farm that’s been in his family for decades.
While at NC, Vass won the ‘golden boot,’ an award granted each year by Taps Magazine for new beer creations.
