Insauga profiled Bitter Sweet Symphony Bakery owned by certified pastry chef Niti Ruparel (Culinary Management – Co-op, 2020) who baked a 75-foot cake to celebrate India’s Independence Day on August 15.

The coverage noted that Niagara Falls Mayor Jim Diodati visited the bakery to show his support for the small business and celebration of India’s 75 years of Independence.
