On May 12, InNiagara announced that two NC alumni and prominent chefs Matthew Hemmingsen (Culinary Management Diploma, 2003) and Matthew Krupa (Culinary Management – Co-op Diploma, 2009, Cook II Apprenticeship – Basic, CNED Certificate of Achievement, 2009 and Cook II Apprenticeship – Advanced, CNED Certificate of Achievement, 2010) have joined Niagara Parks.
Following the retirement of long-time Niagara Parks Chef Elbert Wiersema at Table Rock House Restaurant, award-winning Chef Matthew Krupa is stepping into the kitchen.
At Queen Victoria Place Restaurant, Niagara-born-and-raised Chef Matthew Hemmingsen has unveiled a fresh new locally sourced menu, just in time for the season opening of the restaurant.
