Niagara College alumna Ada Chang (Shu Ching Chang) was featured by Hotelier Magazine for her experience running the Days Inn & Suites by the Falls in Niagara Falls during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The story mentions how Chang came to Canada from her native Taiwan with an established affinity for the hotel industry. Chang began working at the Days Inn in 2011 when she enrolled in NC’s Hospitality and Tourism Management program, which she graduated from in 2013.
