The March edition of Hamilton City Magazine included an article on Hamilton’s diverse and acclaimed food scene, highlighting NC alumna, Tyler Nicklin (Culinary Management – Co-op (Diploma) 2012) as one of Hamilton’s most exciting chefs.
The article also notes that Nicklin was recognized with a prestigious 30-under-30 award by national foodservice and hospitality media in 2022.
