Global Traveler Magazine: Niagara Parks welcomes NC alumnus as new chef to iconic restaurant

On July 12, Global Traveler Magazine announced that NC alumnus Matthew Krupa (Culinary Management – Co-op Diploma, 2009, Cook II Apprenticeship – Basic, CNED Certificate of Achievement, 2009 and Cook II Apprenticeship – Advanced, CNED Certificate of Achievement, 2010) is the new chef at the recently renovated Table Rock House part of Niagara Parks.

The article highlights that Krupa, a graduate of Niagara College Culinary Management Program, began his career in Europe at a 3-Michelin-star restaurant, eventually returning home where he was recognized as one of the “Top 30 Under 30” up-and-comers by Canada’s Ontario Hostelry Institute.
