The Georgia Straight wrote an article about NC Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management alumna (2017) Sarah Polkinghorne who is head brewer at Black Kettle Brewing and one of a handful of female brewers in B.C.
The piece discusses Polkinghorne’s journey to becoming a brewer, including her time at NC learning how to brew her recipes in a five-hectolitre system and creating a smoked hefeweizen beer in year two of her program.
