Foodservice and Hospitality released a July 4 profile on Vancouver’s Savio Volpe, a restaurant celebrated for its exquisite Italian cuisine and warm, inviting atmosphere.
The article highlights that the ambiance at Savio Volpe owes much to Culinary Director and Niagara College alumnus Phil Scarfone. Scarfone completed the Cook II Apprenticeship – Basic program in 2006, the Cook II Apprenticeship – Advanced program in 2007, and graduated from the Culinary Management (Co-op) program in 2007.
