Two Niagara College alumni, Selah Schmoll and Ray Syegco, have been recognized with a Top 30 Under 30 award from Kostuch Media Ltd. (KML) as shared by Food Service and Hospitality. Schmoll and Syegco are graduates from NC’s Culinary Management program – Schmoll graduated in 2017 and Syegco in 2014 – and are the owners of Incoho Restaurant in St. Catharines. They have been recognized for their excellence in the food service and hospitality industry.
