On May 16, CKTB announced that NC alumni Matthew Hemmingsen (Culinary Management Diploma, 2003) and Matthew Krupa (Culinary Management – Co-op Diploma, 2009, Cook II Apprenticeship – Basic, CNED Certificate of Achievement, 2009 and Cook II Apprenticeship – Advanced, CNED Certificate of Achievement, 2010) joined Niagara Parks as the organization’s newest chefs.
The segment highlighted that vNiagara-born Chef Matthew Hemmingsen is the new Chef at Queen Victoria Place Restaurant and award-winning Chef Matthew Krupa has joined Niagara Parks’ flagship Table Rock House Restaurant, overlooking the iconic Horseshoe Falls.
