On February 2, Niagara College grad, Erica Williams was interviewed on CHCH where she visited NC for a culinary pop-up event in support of her non-profit Erica’s Embrace. Erica’s Embrace supports women in shelters across Niagara and southern Ontario, and proceeds from purchased meals at the NC pop-up were donated to the cause.
