On December 29, NC alumna and wine critic Sarah D’Amato (Winery and Viticulture Technician program, 2005) was interviewed on BNN Bloomberg to discuss wine trends and recommendations.
When asked how she studied to become a Sommelier, D’Amato mentions that she previously studied in NC’s Winery and Viticulture Technician program where the College has about 40 acres of vineyard on campus and students learn everything from the ground up.
